Some parents have also asked about the possibility of introducing a hoodie to the uniform options. I am happy to consider this, however, no pupils will be allowed to wear hoods up in school/classroom. If hoodies are introduced and this becomes a problem, it may be that the pupils could be asked to stop wearing them. If parents are in agreement with this, then I am willing to add a hoodie to the list.
Winter Weather

BOOK SWAP EVENT
As part of their Enterprise activities this term, P4 are planning to hold a Book Swap on Monday 8th June.
The idea is simple – children can bring in books they no longer read or have grown out of and swap them for “new-to-them” books to enjoy.
Books should be brought into school on Thursday 4th June.
There is a maximum of 8 books per pupil.
Pupils will receive a voucher for each book they bring in.
On Monday 8th June, they will use their vouchers to choose books to take home.
Please take some time to look through books at home and send in any that you are happy to swap.
To ensure fairness we ask that:
Books are in good condition
No more than 8 books per child are brought in
We do not require any additional donations beyond what children are swapping
